DOCUMENTARY and FILM
The theme this year, as proposed by participants, will revolve around creating documentaries through film. Participants will meet a select group of people with notable life achievements, learn about and document their life trajectories. The hope therefore is that the week serves to learn documentary creation as well as discuss long term life goals. We will intersperse documentary activities with electronic and computing projects related to photography and filming. Participants will form separate teams for each documentaries and self organize into tasks. The completed documentaries will be returned the documented.
The camp will take place the week of July 4th (July 3 to 9th) 2016 in Carlisle MA for the dozen or so participants aged 11-16.
As in the past, this camp is a joint effort of parents preparing material, food and logistics for the week. Thanks to all volunteer presenters for their priceless perspectives.
